He was not only working efficiently with all the tasks needed to finish boiler move, but was working along other trades seamlessly to get all the elements of the puzzle solved. Luke specified time slots in a specific frame upon which his engineer Tony arrived. This meant I did not have to hang around the whole day. His team also saved us money by managing to order a part for our boiler instead of a whole new section that would have cost 3 times the price. Tony,our engineer explained in detail what was wrong with the boiler. After he finished the job, he let me check the boiler and hot water 3 times before leaving. He also worked non stop with probably only a minute or two's break for a cup of tea. We want to thank Luke for also being very reasonable and fair with his pricing.
